Here’s your chance to finally put all that Fifty Shades prep time to good use at home.
Coco De Mer, the UK’s purveyor of erotic gifts and apparel, is offering a unique series of spanking knickers that go nicely with their rather menacing assortment of paddles, whips and other toys. If that’s not enough, there’s also a two-hour class to show you how to use them.
The silk bloomer-style briefs feature a heart-shaped flap on the backside that opens up to provide access to the derriere for some boudoir fun. They’re available for £48 and come in black, emerald green and ruby red.
The spankers, as we like to call them, are part of a highly entertaining new lingerie collection from Coco De Mer, almost all of which is intended to never leave the bedroom. The gorgeously provocative photo campaign below will give you a taste of what’s in store.
The spankers are bound to be a coveted gift item this Christmas, but we have to point out an obvious and regrettable oversight: they only come in women’s styles and sizes. But who said women only like being on the receiving end of some good ole slap and tickle? Alas, if you want to try this on your man, you’ll need to rip the backside off his Jockeys or get him one of those one-piece longjohns with built-in trap door.
Of course, introducing yourself and your partner to the peculiar pleasures of playtime spanking can be a bit intimidating for some people.
Luckily, Coco DM has just the thing for first-timers and nervous nellies: a two-hour tutorial on the basics of spanking for pleasure. The “Sensual Spanking Salon” is one of a series of after-hours special events being offered at Coco’s Convent Garden boutique this fall to introduce customers to role-playing, domination and other adventurous bedroom activities.
The spanking tutorial, led by Allison England, will cover such areas as “preparation of the spanking area,” “hand techniques” and tips to avoid “damage to delicate areas.” Tickets are £60 and include “champagne and nibbles.”
We assume the latter refers to food, but this being Coco De Mer, you never know.
